DU UG Admission 2023: October 11, 2023, the University of Delhi will open registration for the mop-up round of undergraduate admissions. Candidates can register online and view a list of selected institutions and programmes at www.admission.uod.ac.in. Those who receive seats in the DU UG mop-up round must complete the admission process by October 20, 2023.
The university stated that the decision to hold the mop-up round was made in accordance with the University Grants Commission (UGC). The university was also approached by colleges and certain candidates to host the round.
Admission is dependent on the results of the Common University Entrance Test. If seats remain empty after the CUET applications have been exhausted, colleges may admit individuals based on the qualifying examination. It further said that there will be no admissions on supernumerary seats.

Documents Required for DU UG Admissions 2023
Candidates must apply for the DU UG admission mop-up round at the college of their choice. This round will have no registration fee. They have been urged by the institution to ensure that their documents are up to date and valid. The following documents are necessary for admission:
- CUET scorecard
- 10th and 12th passing certificates
- 10th and 12th mark-sheet
- 12th mark-sheet
- Character certificate
- Category certificate, if applicable
- Transfer certificate from school/college as well as migration certificate from board or university for students who have passed the senior secondary exam from outside Delhi
- Two passport-size self-attested photographs
