CBSE EXAM CLASS 10 2020 Paper Format Change

There is good news for CBSE exam class 10 2020  students. The CBSE made the Board examination 2020 easier to you. The national level exam board takes many examinations every year. So, has decided to make major changes in the exam pattern.  The upcoming Board examination will be on a new pattern. CBSE is likely to reduce the number of descriptive questions in class 10th. Students can take note of the below-mentioned points to understand the changes better.

The CBSE  has decided to take a step towards this direction. So it has a plan to improve the quality of education. That is focusing on your analytical skills.

The board has decided to revamp the pattern of the exam of class 10 2020. The CBSE submitted this effective proposal to Ministry of Human Resource Development. MHRD will implement the changes from the next academic session.

CBSE class 10 2020 exam pattern change is sure to bring cheer among you. All the subjects will have 20 marks in practicals or internal assessments. For this, the understanding of a subject to you become easier and cramming.

The important changes for CBSE CLASS 10 2020: 

The board examination schedule will have two parts – main courses and vocational courses.  Class 10 board exams will be held from 21 February to 29 March. The class 12 board exam from 15 February to 3 April.

  • The CBSE Class 10 2020 timing will from 10.30 am to 1.30 pm. But you will give their answer books at 10 am, so you can fill in the necessary details. The question papers will be given at 10.15 am.
  • The vocational subject examination will be held in February.
  •  The main subjects will be in march.
  • The results will be declared in the first week of June.
  • The paper will have more short answer-type questions,  carry marks between 1 and 5.
  • The aim is to test your problem-solving and analytical skills,  not to your ability to memorize and write the answers.
  • The examiner will have more time to evaluate the paper.
  • The board also plans to introduce new laws. These are for evaluating the academic quality of an institution before declaring it as an affiliated school.
  • The authorities of the state’s education department will inspect the institution and its infrastructure.
