PhD Admissions at IIT Gandhinagar Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) registrations at the Indian Institute of Technology, Gandhinagar, have began in 2023. Interested candidates should apply online at iitg.ac.in. It is strongly advised to register by the deadline of October 30, 2023, at 5.00 PM, since no additional registrations will be permitted.
“Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission to PhD programmes in all Academic Divisions (Departments/Schools/Centres),” according to the official notification. Online applications must be submitted using the Application Portal.

Who Can Apply for IIT Gandhinagar PhD Admissions 2023?
A candidate for admission to the Ph.D. Programme must have either a Master’s degree or a four-year Bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline, as mentioned in the table below.
The following Cumulative Performance Index (CPI)/Marks criteria will be used in the appropriate qualifying degrees:
- Master’s Degree: 6.0 out of 10 (or 60% of points)
- Bachelor’s Degree: 7.0 on a 10-point scale (or 70% of the marks)
