JEE Advanced 2024 Exam Date, Syllabus, Pattern, Application Form and Eligibility

JEE Advanced 2024: JEE Advanced 2024 will be expected to be conducted by IIT Madras. IIT will soon publish the official JEE advanced exam organizer. Furthermore, following the tradition of previous years, JEE Advanced 2024 will be held on the first Sunday of June 2024, i.e., June 2nd. Candidates who rank among the top 2,50,000 in the JEE Main exam will be eligible to take the JEE Advanced exam. Candidates may take JEE Advanced two times in a row.

JEE Advanced online registration will begin in April 2024. The test consists of two papers, each of which is held separately on the same day for three hours. The JEE Advanced exam includes multiple-choice, single-choice, and numerical questions. Because the examination is designed on a rotational basis by the IITs and IISc, the number of questions asked in the exam may vary slightly. As a result, the marking scheme and question distribution vary from year to year. JEE Advanced 2024 Eligibility Criteria:

Eligibility Criteria for JEE Advanced 2024 Details
Age Limit Candidates belonging to the General Category must have been born on or after October 1, 1998. 5 years age relaxation is for the SC, ST and PwD candidates.
Performance in JEE Main 2022 Candidates should be among the top 2,50,000 successful candidates (including all categories) in B.E./B.Tech Paper of JEE (Main) 2024.
Number of Attempts A student can attempt JEE (Advanced) a minimum of two times in two consecutive years.
Appearance in Class 12th or equivalent examination Candidate must have appeared for the Class 12th or equivalent examination for the first time in either 2023 or 2024 with subjects that include Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics
Earlier admissions at IITs Candidate should NOT have been admitted to an IIT irrespective of whether or not the candidate continued in the program Or accepted an IIT seat. Candidates whose admission to IITs was cancelled after joining any IIT will also not be eligible.

JEE Advanced 2024 Admit Card:

IIT, which organises the JEE Advanced 2024 exam, will post the JEE Advanced admit card on its website a few days before the exam date. To get the hall ticket, a candidate must login with their JEE advanced roll number and password. The admission card contains exam-related information such as the candidate’s name, exam date, exam location, reporting time, exam day guidelines, and so on.

JEE Advanced 2024 Result Link:

JEE Advanced results will be released a few days after the answer key is revealed. To view the results, candidates must first log on to the JEE Advanced website. Only candidates who pass both Paper 1 and Paper 2 of the JEE advanced exam will be included in the candidate rank list.
