Bihar Board 12th Exam Date & Timetable 2020 : Released.

Bihar Board 12th Exam Date 2020 has been released through a press conference by BSEB chairperson Anand Kishore. As per BSEB 12th Time Table 2020 the exams are going to commence from February 03, 2020.The first exam is of Physics, History and R.B Hindi of Science, Arts and Vocational stream respectively. So, note down your Bihar Board 12th Exam Date 2020 and start your preparation.

Bihar Board 12th Exam Date 2020

Bihar Board 12th exams for Science, Arts, Commerce and Vocational stream scheduled in two sittings. First sitting is from 9:30 am to 12:45 pm and second sitting is from 1:45 pm to 5:00 pm. Last year Bihar Board 12th exam date released on November 16. While this year the BSEB has announced the final time table on November 18. Practical Examination 2020

Along with the theory exam, the dates for practical examination for class 12 are also announced. Bihar Board 12th practical exams are going to start from January 10, 2020. The practical exams will conclude on January 21, 2020.

Bihar Board 12th Examination Pattern 2020

The exam pattern for class 12th upcoming examinations has been changed. Bihar board has initiated changed in subject pattern, increase in the additional subjects and passing criteria. So, if you are going to appear for class 12 board exams then you must know these major changes.

Subject Pattern: From the current year, the language subject has been divided into the two subjects of 50 marks each. Along with this, there will be only one Language 1 paper of 100 marks each. In place of NRB and MB paper there will be First language paper.

Additional Subjects: Bihar Board has increased the number of the additional subjects. Earlier languages subjects are compulsory to opt for the students. But from now onwards, students need to make a choice and select one language subject as the additional subject.

Passing Criteria: From 2020 board exams students appear for the six subjects from which one subject is additional subject of their choice. So, if any student fails in any one subject then the failed subject will be replaced by the additional subject. It means the marks of top five subjects will considered. It includes one criteria that the desired student needs to pass in Hindi and English.

Bihar Board Class 12th Compartment Exams

What if you will not be able to qualify one or more subject? Do not worry. Bihar board provides such students with a second chance to clear the exam. Such students can appear in the compartemnt exams. Compartment exams are a second chance provided to the students to clear the exam with minimum required marks. After the declaration of the main exam, the board will start with its compartment process.

To appear in these exams, the students need to fill in the application form which will be available on the official website. After the completion of form, the board release the time table for class 12 compartment exams in the month of April.

However, the exams are conducted in the month of May. Last year, the compartment schedule was out on April 23. While the exams took place from May 01 to 11.

How To Prepare For Board Exams

Preparation before the exams plays a very important role. Along with the examinations, the students are also worried about how to score good marks. In this race of competition if you didn’t follow any certain schedule or the strategy beforehand then you not able to achieve what you want. Thus, here we are with some of the preparation tips as given below.

Proper Schedule: Before starting preparing for any subject, it is must that you first prepare the proper schedule. Make your own strategy of how you are going to start studying and with which subject first.

List of Topics: After building up the own time table let’s start preparing the subjects one by one. But before that first go through the entire syllabus of the subject and make the list of all the relevant topics at one place. This will increase the chance of studying all the topics from the starting.

Making Notes: Writing while studying gives a better understanding as well as helps in remembering the things for a long period. Thus, it is advised to the students to make the key points of the important topics and study well.

Previous Year Question Papers: Go through the previous year question papers and practice them. Sample papers/ model papers help you to identify the pattern of the paper as well as the marking scheme. Analyze the weightage of each subject and prepare accordingly.

Revision: Before appearing for the examinations, it is advised to the students to go through all the topics you have prepared for the exams. Do revision once or twice and do well in the exams.
