Eligibility Criteria For Pursuing B.Ed from IGNOU

To enroll in IGNOU’s B.Ed program, prospective candidates should have successfully completed their undergraduate studies in Science, Social Science, Commerce, or Humanities, attaining a minimum of 50% marks. Additionally, those with a specialization in Science and Maths from engineering or technology programs are eligible with a minimum of 55% marks.

For aspiring PhD candidates at IGNOU, a postgraduate qualification with a minimum of 55% marks in the relevant subject is a prerequisite. Notably, there is a provision for a 5% relaxation in marks for candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC, disabled, and economically weaker sections.

As for the eligibility criteria for pursuing the BSc Nursing program at IGNOU, the program is conducted in English and spans a minimum of 3 years, extendable up to a maximum of 6 years.
